Principal Dentist and Owner
Dr Lisa Killmore
Growing up on the Mid North Coast, Dr. Lisa Killmore graduated from Griffith University on the Gold Coast in 2014. Since then, she has built her experience in dental practices across Young and Wagga. In June 2023, she fulfilled a long-time dream by becoming the proud owner of her own dental practice.

Dr. Lisa is passionate about the variety that general dentistry offers and has a special interest in working with children, creating a friendly and welcoming environment for young patients.
​
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Lisa enjoys spending time with her horses and five beloved dogs. She’s often found mustering sheep—and more recently goats. Her other hobbies include cooking and gardening which offer her a creative and relaxing outlet beyond her professional life.
Oral Health Therapist
Johanna Buckland
Born in Jervis Bay and raised in Canberra Johanna moved to Wagga Wagga to study Oral Health Therapy at Charles Sturt University. She started working in dentistry as a Dental Assistant in 2018 and graduated as an Oral Health Therapist with distinction from Charles Sturt University in 2022.

With a special passion for working with children, Johanna strives to create a nurturing and supportive environment to help all patients feel comfortable and at ease during dental visits. Confidence and trust in the dental chair is Johanna's highest priority when seeing her patients little or big.
​
When she’s not at work, Johanna enjoys going for coffee dates with friends, taking her dog out, and playing social sports.
Oral Health Therapist
Kayla Kelly
Originally from the Central Coast of NSW, Kayla has been living locally since 2021. She began her dental career as a Dental Assistant in 2019 and graduated with a Bachelor of Oral Health Therapy from Charles Sturt University in 2025.

Kayla is passionate about all aspects of dentistry and enjoys caring for patients of all ages. She particularly loves working with children and strives to create positive, relaxed dental experiences. Kayla is excited to be back working with the Coolamon team and values being part of the local community she now calls home.
​
Outside of work, Kayla loves spending time with her three beautiful daughters, enjoying camping trips, and having a hit of tennis - even if she says she is still “trying” to master it.

Leisha Thomas
Hailing from the South Coast of NSW, Leisha and her family made the move to Coolamon in 2018. She joined the dental industry in 2021, bringing with her over 25 years of experience in customer service. Her warm and friendly nature, coupled with a strong focus on patient care and empathy, makes her an invaluable member of our team.

Leisha is passionate about creating a welcoming environment for all patients and takes pride in making everyone feel at ease during their visit.

Outside of work, Leisha enjoys cooking and spending quality time with her family and friends. She has two beautiful daughters—and proudly admits her two adored cats holds the title of 'favourite children'..!

Taylor McMahon
From the small town of Marrar, Taylor brings over 10 years of experience in the health industry. With a deep passion for all things health and wellness, she is dedicated to making a positive impact every day.
When she’s not assisting in the dental clinic, Taylor is a proud and busy mum to three beautiful girls, balancing family life with her commitment to care.

Lesley Bell
Lesley has a strong interest in working as a dental assistant, supporting the dental team and helping patients feel comfortable and well cared for.
A Coolamon local and mother of two young girls, she brings over 17 years of experience in the health industry.
Outside of work, Lesley enjoys creating memories and exploring new places with her girls.

Dayle Woods
A lifelong Coolamon local, Dayle has loved raising her two beautiful boys in our close-knit community. After working as a store manager for 8 years, she took a 3 year break to embrace motherhood —
“the best job in the world (sorry, Lisa)!”

Though she’d always had a keen interest in the dental health field, Dayle wasn’t sure how to make the leap — until Lisa gave her the chance.

She’s incredibly grateful for the opportunity and is loving the journey thus far!
